Return Policy

To request a return or report a damaged item, please contact us at maison@whoshosscollection.com.

You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Once we receive your message, we will review the issue to verify whether the product is indeed damaged due to our responsibility.

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds.
- We only offer product replacements.
- A replacement will be provided only if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
- We do not accept returns for any other reasons (such as change of mind or personal preference).
